We are three brothers and 5 sisters. My father expired before 2004. Our grandfather wrote a will in1935 stating that the agricultural land he owns will be his daughters (our aunt)  and after her death the land will be reverted to our family(our father).  My aunt died in 2010 giving the position of the  land to my father. What I want to know is:- 

 Before the amendment in 2005 of proviso to section 6 of HSA 1956 and after the amendment how we share the property. Because my father died before  the land came to our position in 2010.  Based on Mitakshara how the propety will be partitioned out  of total 8 members(3 sons and 5 daughters).
