How to transfer lease right in favour of New Property Owner

What is the procedure to transfer registred lease deed in favour of New Owner purchased pre-rented property. Sale deed with tenancy is excuted also NoC from tenent teken, but can we register rectification deed and change owner details or excute the fresh lease deed or deed of Assignments Please gide me

How a leasehold property can be sold? The seller is not titleholder/owner.

Lease hold property can easily be sold and the Section 109 of the TP Act recognige the right of the lessee against the transferee. so to substantiate the LESSEE claim and in the interest of the Lessee, get into the DEED OF ATTORMENEMT or NOVATION AGREEMENT.
