How to trace the gransfer application - divorce

sir, i have received case transfer request notice from my wife. I am suppose to appear toda as per the letter. My lawyer is telling that your name is not listed no need to be in high court. Pls find the detail below. Please hep me trace the application. My lawyer is appearing high court today. Tr.C.M.P.No 612 Hearing : 14 Nov Court : high court, chennai
