How to take action against the employee

Dear sir please give me your valuable guidance in this case. An employee of State Government has amassed huge wealth in the form of houses as he is working as personal Assistant to the Chairman of Dist. Panchayat Office in Telangana state. His position is only senior clerk.
I would like to know how he can be brought to the justice as he is harassing every person who is coming in for their legitimate works. kindly give your suggestions and guidance to take action against him.

If you have any concrete evidence, better complain to the Anti-Corruption Wing in your State.

Sir, do state all materuial facts and if you have any proof of your allegation make a written complaint to ACB.

you can :-

(i) share details of his property with ACB for filign DA case.

(ii) when he demands a bribe then approach ACB for laying trap on him. I he is arrested they will check his assetts as well. (in this case complainant has to come forward)
