How to take action against builder in case of any deviations in the constructed building.Do we have any law to get compensation from builder in case of building is not constructed as per plan or incase of demolition by municipal authorities beacause of any deviation or unauthorized construction.
And what are right does purshaser will have?

Sir,
Yes you can take action against the builder, but everything would depend upon the percentage of the variation in the property, the reason for the variation I mean wheather it was done on the to save their money and what was the agreement regarding the structure of the property.

Hi Sir,
assume builder agreed to construct as per the sanctioned and approved plan.With this statement in agreement can we take any action against builder??
