I had been manhandled by a PSI and his staff yesterday at 4.30 pm when I went to give statement as a employee for a petition on our company. they hit me and threatened to file FIR on me.
please guide how do I proceed further.

Manhandling by police personals is just common ,if you feel too offended just tweet the department on at thier offcial address.
