the house owned by my moter illa was registered to her son and he has registered half to his wife (my sister)and other half to his bothers wife. now his bothers wife is collecting the rents for 3 years and now she dont want to sell it.the house cant be divide in to two parts.because it was contructed in that way.please do suggest if there is any way that we can go ligally to get ours share.
