I am a 498a victim working outside India.

Wife filed 498a in feb first week.

I came to India and applied for AB and received the same from HC. But it had a condition that I cannot travel outside India without court's permission.

After receiving the AB, I applied in magistrate court to get it regularized.

My chargesheet has been submitted.

On May 3rd, my bail got regularized by the magistrate court, BUT the condition was not removed.

Kindly tell me how to get the condition remove the bail ? Do I need to appeal to HC again to get my condition removed ? What are the chances of the same ?

Also, I have an LOC issued against me, after I reached India by the police ? Since my bail has been regularized and chargesheet submitted, can I ask the DCP to remove the LOC against me ? Or should I wait, for my bail to be non-conditional and then try removing the LOC ?

You can appeal against the order of MM about relaxation of condition.

God Willing, it would happen.
