one of my client filed a criminal appeal against the order of the magistrate court and set side the order and convicted. my qustion is that at trile court, court order bail on payment of 7000/- and my client paid 7000/-. he want to tack the amount as he convected. what is the procedure? and also he want to give authorisation to me. what is the procedure?
