My brother wife kept false case on my complete family . we got High court bail. Now its almost 6 months completed charge sheet not prepared in police station and send to court. We are planning to raise Quash in High court.
1) Can any one sugguest if we apply Quash and if Quash got success . Is it possible my brother wife can again Open the case with false evidence ?
2) Case filled on A1 to A7 (we dont know who is A7 also) . we have to apply individual Quash petition or joint petition ?
