How to put new document in iind appeal?

Dear Sir,

I have put my IInd Appeal case in High court Chennai 2005.

I have Lost previouse both occasion.

Now, I have some vital documents which can get me win this IInd Appeal.

Could I put those documents now. Any restriction is there.

because those are very vital to my case.

My lawer is telling, he can't put further documents in IInd Appeal

and with existing documents(which was filled on OS) only he conduct this IInd Appeal.

Dear sir any one of you can guide me to do so.
