Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a flat in CHS which was given to me by my grandparents by a registered gift deed. The society is not transfering the flat and telling to bring legal heirs NOC. Can I lease my flat by notarising the lease documents with my tenant as im not getting membership from the society.
