I am Director in a company. I am fraudulently shown as present in a meeting claimed to have taken place in 2008 initialed by Chairman of Board of Directors (In the Minutes I am shown as present). The fact is that the person is not a chairman of Board of Directors. No attendence register of Directors or no proper notice exist which now they claim as lost. The fact is that all actual Minutes are replaced with frauulent ones and susbequently I am removed from the post of Directorship under the pretext that i was absent in subsequent meetings. Can some one cite some judgements related to validity of Minutes of Board meeting
