498a was filed in JMFC against 3 accused. Only Husband was convicted. In session, the conviction is confirmed. Appeal is pending in Mumbai HC. In 2015, divorce was filed u/s. 13B. WIfe already received Rs two lakhs. 3 affidavits are done by her. One of them was for to file, in HC. But she didnt appear for second motion and not for appeal in HC of Mumbai. Husband filed divorce. But husband is concerned for his 498A which is pending in Mumbai HC. My friends, how can he will be come out from this situation? Please segguest.
