How to proceed legally when there is a breach of lease term?

Hi,

My friend runs a start up where he provides electronic appliances on rent. One of his customer has damaged the the washing machine he hired substantually. Damage on the body is so major that it cannot have happened normally. The customer is too arrogant and he has denied paying for any damage and says you can take any legal action you want. There is a clear breach. What will be the right step to be taken here? please suggest

1)Madam u can send him legal notice for breach of trust. If he still not comply the relief then file case in district consumer court for relief.

2)After this plz do indemnity and surety bond on 200 rs stamp to avoid further consequences of law.

3)If u want draft of I & S bond then PM me.
