If a person buys a property by a fake name & after that sells that property to some other person again using that fake name from which he purchased that property then how to include witness's name in it?
can the witness file case on me if case is unproved?
but if I have documents like aadhar card of that seller who sold that property with that fake name then can I include the name of all the witnesses & joint seller even purchaser who facilitated / helped let this fraud/wrong/unethical practices go unnoticed?
can I include name of sub-registrar also in it that he did not used his discretion or it would be better that I file case against only the seller, joint seller, purchaser (family friend of seller who knows that this name is fake), witnesses etc?
will that aadhar card of the seller in original name be enough to prove?
will that aadhar card of seller save me from defamation cases later on (if I include the name of all other people as above into the complaint)
I am planning to make a complaint to sub-registrar , copy to phq & after that a court case on these people (which court case suits here)
