How to get my name and gender changed in my cbse 10th certi.

Hello sir. I want to get my name and gender changed in the cbse 10th marksheet and also in my Diploma certificates. So could you please tell me what should i do. i've already got it published in the gazette of india . i'm already getting my btech degree in new name and gender. But the past marksheets could cause confusion and trouble later.
