How to get husband's details from private (it company) ?

Hello Experts,

1) How to get Husband's Personal details (spouse name, address) if he has put into the IT Company.Is there any section or through RTI, can we get Husband's details from HR team in the IT Company ?

2) Also can we ask Marriage registred office about Husband's marriage details through RTI?

Your suggestions and advice would be very helpful.

You can get such details through courts only. You have to file a petition in the concern court if the details are required to related to your case.

It is possible…..for either of the spouses thru RTI and court.

Thus you can seek information from;

EPFO,

ITO

Inspectorate of Shops & Estbs Act to which establishment submit ( by paper/digital/electronic mode) the wages/all amounts under all heads, paid record as per various registers prescribed under Shops & Estbs Rules..

The court can also summon the record from establishment.
