Please, could You tell us what to do!
My friend's mother bought a flat in Borivali, Mumbai 8 years back. She has original documents.
But the builder sold it to some other person also. And now for all these 8 years those people reside there. they also say that they have also original papers.
How it could be possible?
She gave the case to court but still judge is not happening.
8 years past.
What to do?
My friend and her mother rent a room because they do not have place to stay :(
