How to get files on court proceedings on someone who has comitted a road accident where I only know the name of accused , i have no idea about the occurance of the accident or the court the proceeding is going on...Is it at all possible????

Unless you know which court, it is not possible.

 

However, if you know the name of the court, you can search the records with the name of the accused.
