A RTI application was filed with a school to get copy of admission application form of a student who was admitetd by the school. The school has replied that since the admission form contains personnel information hence this information can't be provided under RTI act.
How I should frame the RTI so that I can get copy of admission application form of a student.

It is third party information u/s 11 of the RTI Act.
You can get information with the consent of that student.
