How to get charge sheet copy from court-victim party

Are you an accused or an advocate? if an advocate, what makes you ask such basic rudimentary aspects of criminal proceedings in the forum? or is it the magistarte refusing the same?.

sir, I am victim party in a murder case , Now i am thinking is it possible to get the charge sheet copy and appoint a lawer as a prosecution assistance or a special public prosecutor in order to trial the matter...is this possible sir?

Yes, why not, that is your right and duty imposed on the court by law to furnish you all the relevant documents. just apply for it.

That is not your function, just apply to the court to furnish you the relevant documents for your defence. There is a statutory duty mandates by law for  Magistrate and the PP for that purpose, and neither the Magistrate nor the APP/PP can refused you the documents for your defence.Both the Magistrate and the PP are learned in law and they will perform their functions according to law, as such subjects are fundamental criminal procedures, which are the basic foundations of criminal jurisprudence. In fact no Magistrate or PP need to be thaught of such subject matters, and if they are ignorant of these procedural aspects, it will be very unfortunate for the court and the State.
