Hi,
I want to know for a person who does not know any thing about trademark,patent,copyright etc if he has registered a company then how can the person know if the particular word used has been trademarked or copyrighted. Is there any mechanism in ministry of corporate affairs website to know if a particular keyword or thing has been trademarked already.

Trademark is the mark or symbol or icon of a company or group. If you want to trademark and after the deposit of all documents and form if there is any similar type of symbol or icon already trademark then you will inform you regarding that and you can change or remove that defect at the time of removal of defect.
