I want to fill complain in court u/s IPC 497 against my wife's lover. i have all proof (video/audto) for their adult conversation. I already complained in local police station but no use.
How to approach distric magistrat and fill a case against my wife's lover.. do i need to just fill simple complain and submit to magistrate office OR any local laywer help will be required?
