I am pradeep kumar and am an software engineer. Nowadays I get irritate whenever I see some illegal construction of apartments in green area, improper design of tolls, flyobers, drainage and non technically established signals at junctions etc. Sometimes i have approchaed respective departments but there is no fruitful results. Hence I would like to file PIL in court so that some attention can be provided by departments during execution of projects. Could you please provide aprocedure and format to file PIL ? I would like to handle case by myself Since I cant afford lawyers fee.r
