How to file complain of crpc 340 in current drc act case

Dear friends,

The petitioner filed a false case on bonafide ground under Delhi Rent Control Act wherein I got to know that their registry is false on which he claims his ownership. I collect the document proofs for the same through RTI. Now, There are many contradicts in his application therefore I am looking advise can I file application of Section 340 CrPC under DRC Case. and what is the procedure for the same? The present DRC case is pending in the court of ARC, Delhi District Court..

Since the false document has been produced in a court, provision of Section 340 Cr.P.C. would be applicable. You can move an application (for initiating action as mentioned in that section) before the court in which this document was produced instituting a false case.
