While driving a motor bike hit my car from the opposite direction with overspeed and crossing the line . I made an NC with the police station and spent Rs,62000/- for repair (Rs.35000/- insurance + Rs.28000/- own money). Let me know how to get the amount from the accused and what are the legal steps available for me to get the recovery of money spend for repair.
