How to deal when Documents are clear & no possation on Land

Dear experts can you guide me in the situation when my documents are clear and plot is open with some huts in it, how I can get possession on my plot. Beside my plot others Plot also same situation Do I need to get survey which is costly affair and times consuming If any other owner claim this belonging to them then how law helps me

Asking authorities to make a survey and identify your land may not cost a heaven. It is most reasonable, simple and legally valid process to withstand all future litigations.

Possession is important for winning the case. First get a survey report and take possession of the plot on the basis of survey report and get the hunts vacated and display a board and construct boundary walls / stone marking. Get photographs during survey. Prepare the display board and be ready to install it after survey.

In case of trespass, seek police assistance.
