I am owner of 2500 sqft plot in Marunji-nere (Pune) region. Some plot owner near to my plot already built permanent structure. If I have to convert same plot from agriculture to non agriculture, then what will be the procedure.
Is it easy to build a house on non NA plot. Location of plot is really good. 120 ft road pass just from 100 meter, electric line also pass from nearby. Please advise..it really help me
