How to cancel the irrevokable poa

Dear Experts,

I have signed irrevokable POA as per my father wish with a develper , I have also signed Joint Development Agreement...

The Property was belonging to our ancestors, my father has 2 brothers and 2 sisters,

all of them shared 5 cr in cash., that time my father told, he will some money to me also....

but now, he is saying, he is not going to give anything to me...

in between, I have signed Joint Development Agreement, which says, after the construction is over,

the Developer is going to share 50,000 sft land to whole family....

and in the JDA, its written as " once the construction is over 50,000 sft will be handed over to my father elder brother "

Now I have not got any money, pls let me know., do I get my share in above 50,000 sft or only my uncle is going to distribute, on his own will...

What is the immediate step I need to take, to secure my share...

any further details, Pls let me know...

Thanks & Regards,

Mohan
