My mother-in-law was working in Postal and recently due to some internal politics they file an case and she got punishment of "loss on 2yr increment". Now she is in medical leave for a month and she like to get VRS. she completed her 28 yr exp. in postal and she is 55 yrs old. do they reject the VRS because of the case and punishment of "loss on 2yr increment", its it compulsory to work for 2 yr. She check with the head of the dept, madurai branch but the lady on that department was so rude on her and she said she will reject the VRS., Please let us know how do we move further., she is not feeling and my mother-in-law is highly disappointed and she in high stress., so we have to get her VRS asap..Please help
