court fee for parttion is 200 rupees if you are in possession of unparttiioned property, and if you are not in possession of property then court fee will be upto your share in property , for example valuation of total property is 25 lakh and you are total 5 claimants/brothers, then 1/5 of valuation, i.e 5 lakh
