i am a village boy... 2 yrs ago we bought a car.. my brother accidenlty pushed a women, but no major injury just little strain... but the women's brother of father in law. filed a case in in lower court under section 279, 336 338 of ipc.. 336 338 may i forgetten the section may be.. now women' brother of father in law withdrawed the case... but now the women's father in law dont want to withdraw.. my brother aggreed to pay the govermental fee for the case.. but comes to no conlusion... only date after date is given to my brother... what do we do to get rid of this case...
help us please
