I have filed divorce case in my native she never attended any hearing and taken stay in HC to transfer divorce case to her native where she filed dv sec125 etc.
dv dismissed she taken back divorce case stay in HC and applied divorce case in some other metro city under adultary to drag case and me by produceing proxy address proof demanding 60 lakh compensation.
My question is how court will decide the judiciry to file divorce case.Now again she taken HC stay to transfer case to metro city.
