In high court, I used to see two different type of list Daily & Monthly (Appellate Side).
What is the criteria to enlist a case in daily/monthly list ?
Based on which criteria serial no (ordering) of the list created?
If a causes is in monthly list of May with serial no 138 (Appellet Side, Monthly, Judgewise) and it is not appeared in May, then what will be the serial number of the cause for month of June list?
Is there any process exists to bring the cause in upper side of the list ?
