How can we get allotee list in hud 535 khb 91 order

Hi Sir,

Can any  one help me out that, how can i get the site allotment list given by Government Order HUD 535 KHB 91.  Because i have issue with my site measurement with my next south and north sites owners.  They are occupied my site measurement of 1.5 feet.  so if i can get their measurement, so that i can speak.

Please help me out. how can i get the site measurement details details.
