How can i obtain date of birth certificate within 3 days?

It is not registered with the local authority.
How should I go about it then?
I need the certificate on 15th of this month.

You have to file notarised affidavit, with attestation from two gazetted officers enclosing copies of relevant DOB already on record, with your application for giving date of birth certificate and it has to be obtained from place of birth from  Panchayat/Municpal office only.

Now everything is possible if you have......and it can be given same day evening.

If your birth has not been registered at the time of your birth or any time after that till date, it will not be possible to get your birth registered now  and get a certificate from the competent authority, i.e., the registrar of births and deaths within your jurisdiction. You have to approach court to get a direction following the stipulated procedures provide in law for the purpose and can get the birth certificate.  It will take time, you cannot get it instantly.  consult a local lawyer and proceed.
