How calculate income tax - basis monthly income

Hello everyone,

I have question: Suppose I earn 35,000 a month working for a company (proprietorship). They don't deduct taxes.  They've asked me to pay taxes directly.

    1. How much tax do I pay per month (salary=35k/month)?

    2. Can I pay my taxes on per month basis (so i don't have to pay a lump sum amount at the end of the year)?

    3. What if my salary changes from suppose 35000 to 40000 after couple of months, how do I calculate then?

I'd appreciate if anyone can help me in answering these questions.

Thank you!

Regards,

DS
