Dear sir,
I am from indore (m.p.). I have purchased a flat in 2012 in a multi, having total 35 flats & constructed in 2010. currently only 20 flat have been sold out by builder. Till society was not registered officially.
currently we are giving maintenance to builder & he is looking after building expenses. but we are not satisfy with the service he is providing like lift & water problem. every time we have to do lot of request for any work and sometimes apart from maintenance we pay extra for any repair work.
Now we are willing to run the society but builder denied to give the maintenance of his unsold flat & his pant house.
sir now what we can do ? what is the benefit by official registration of society.?
