DEar sir,
This is ramesh. i took Home loan of 10,15,000Rs in ICIC bank in 2007.Its Flating Interest 11.75.
I am paying EMI from last 7 Years and all most All i paid More than 7 lacks of Rupees till now.
Every Year i am paying 1,45,000 (Throuigh EMIs) but Principal amount deducting is only 2000rs for Year
But stiil Outstanding is more than 9.5 lacks and I con’t bare this Loan . I am looking for on e time settlement.Please advivce me how to close this Loan
