I have rented a house with my family and gave 50k as security deposit to house owner without signing rental agreement. But due to some unfortunate reason, i have vacanted the house within two months. Eventually, i have requested the house owner to consider my situatiion . But he refused to give security deposit and asked me to place some other person as tenant for rest of the months (09 month).
What i have do so that i can get back my money ? Pls kindly advice.

I do not have proof. But i have given in presence of my relatives .
