The joint inherited property belongs to my father, part was registered with my name earlier after that another part was registered to my brother but the facilities and amenited in the plint area (common ) were registered as common facilities while registering with my name. In further while it was registering to my brother they directly assigned to my brother( which the coomon facitly) . Both were registered just i want to know which one will prevails. whehter i have any right in this regard. could u please suggust me
