Sir,
If I apply for a house plan sanction (for my open plot ) from the concerned
gram panchayat , ..Will they verify the lagalities like
1. Sale deed
2.Link document
3. verifying the survey number and plot physically before sanctioning the plan ?
Can i consider this as a legal document to say that I am the owner of the plot .
the latest E.C is in my name , but some unknown people are claiming the owner ship of my plot
just to knock the plot from me at a throw away price ., So will house plan from municipality help me?
