I am living with my wife and two kids (7 and 4 years of age) in a rented two bedroom house. My house owner stays in the first floor and I am staying in the ground floor of the same building. Recently from last one week my owner ring my door bell after 11 PM in the night, he will be in complete drunk state. He shout at me for no reason, this is been happening every day from last one week. I am helpless. So, I decided to vacate and inform him that I will vacate within 10 days because of his harashment. He is not willing to pay me my two months deposit.
