House construction extended out of boundaries by mistake

Sir(s),

We have constructed an independent house in our open plot of 250 Sq yards after getting LRS and other approvals such as plan approval etc. in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Sorroundings to our plot are all open lands of private owners and there is only one house constructed in the location and the remaining are still vacant.

As of now, 90% of the construction has been completed. Meanwhile, the owner of the neighbour land has come with a surveyor to mark his own plot beside us. They have marked their plot and started constructing the fencing. After their survey of their land, we noticed that though he is of next plot to us, he has left 100sq.yds between our plot and of their stating that that is not their plot but that is our's. So, we had a doubt and when analyzed, we realized that we have constructed the house by moving our boundaries 100 Sq.yds to the other neighbour's plot by mistake. So now, our 100 sq yards to the other side is left vacant and the neighbour's plot upto 100Sq yds have been occupied by us in construction. We are very much shocked by knowing this. Still the neighbour plot owners of whom we occupied are not aware of this.

We are in complete dialoma not knowing what to do. Because amount for completion of 90% has been spent in lakhs. But we started the construction only after getting regularized, getting construction plan approval, after inspection of revenue authorities.

Request you to kindly let me know the remedies available.

Thankyou

RK
