House claim by sisters son

My father has residential house from his father. He is maintaining it from 1987 after death of his father. Now his one of sister's son is asking for the share much more than he is entitled for. Other sisters are ready to give rights to my father. How do we handle the one not supporting. Whether he has rights on residential house

whether your father aquired house through will??, since it is not ancestral property legal heirs of your father cannot claim if your father is alive.

He has not done will in spite of followup by my grandfather. Grandfather expired in 1987 Is the statement still true that my father's others can't claim in house property
