Dear All,
I am looking for an advice regarding an issue.
Currently my parents live in an ancestral property in my village and I have plans to construct a house.For which I am planning for a home loan.
The problem I have is , the property does'nt have any registration documentation. It is with the family since my grandFathers age and is almost more than 80 years old. We are paying house tax in local panchayat though.
Banks said , they cannot grant loan unless I have proper registration documents.
Can you please suggest how can I register my ancestral property or suggest how to get a home loan.
