Hindu succession act - daughters right on property

After repeal of Amendment Section 6 (2005) of Hindu Succession Act, my doubt whether the Married Daughter can claim a right over her father’s property alongwith the widow of her deceased elder brother & daughter of widow, as on date.  How the property of a father is disposed when his 3 sons are dead and widow of elder son & her daughter is alive and his 1 married daughter is alive.  What happens if the widow already sold 3 properties out of 4 properties. Can anyone clarify.

Thanks for the reply.  There is no WILL or any sort or oral partition during the life time of Kartha.
