Hindu religious and charitable endowments case regarding

Dear Sir / Madam,

Thanks to Lawyerclubindia.com for Providing this good opportunity to discuss about one of our Problem which is much burder to us. We  have a Temple at Madurai. That is situate at Natham Poromboke Land. We built the Temple during 1965 by the Yadava Community People. During the year of 2011 Three Yadava People alone like to hold the ownership of the temple.  but the rest of the community people do not like that. So the Rest of the 100's Yadava people joint together and form the Yadavar Trust to safeguard the Temple Legally,At 2012, in this stage those three people do not have any chance to enter into the management. so they filed a FIR with the Police fraudly with the Help of his relative. who is also a Police Men. By this FIR and We are tortured to give the Keys of the Temple. But Unfortunately we worried a lot for Police and Escaped to the other place and loked the temple. This has been informed to the HRCE department and they order to bring the temple to their control by that same year of 2012. and Appointed fit person to the temple. They didn't consider our Evidences. We Firstly file a Writ Petition and Writ appeal they directed to go before the Commissioner of HR Ce. he also Dismissed our Petition. What can we do to retain the temple to the control of Such Yadava Community.

Our Advantages:

We have B.Receipts from 1967 to 2010 in the Name of the Head of the Temple.

We have the Management Books contains the Meeting Writings

Adangal Report through RTI from 1965 to 2010

Temple Festival Invitations From 1965 to 2013

Our Yadava Community alone wil Conduct the Jenmastami Festival. - These are Old Records

New Records - 2011 Trust Deed, Proper audited Accounts, Bank accounts, Meeting Writings.

Dis advantage:

We locked the Temple for 2 Days.

Fraud FIR Made on us.

Two OA's pending in the Joint Commission Court, Which is not active,

Pit Person is in the Act of Management.

Please do Help us. How can we retain the Temple to Our Trust Control. Please Give Some Legal Ways
