1) My Father & his Bros. had Registered partition of Ancestral properties 10 years ago.
2) we are two sons & one daughter for my father
3) My Father expired four years ago and during his life time he made some settlement deed
( from the properties allotted to him as mentioned in item 1) in favour of my one Brother & one Sister only and not to me, which I came to know recently.
4) Now what is the way to file a partition suit to claim my share in my father’s portion
